The Lamborn Apartments Launch

To set apart the Lamborn project from other housing association schemes and create the effect of a private housing development we produced a brand identity and campaign strategy that were carried through every aspect of the project, from the logo design, graphic layout and photography style even down to the price structure of individual apartment types. Lamborn 360 representing the purchase of the whole apartment with a 100% mortgage and Lamborn 180 symbolising buying through a shared ownership (part-buy/part-rent) scheme, 50% mortgage and 50% subsidised rent.  The final result was a campaign that not only achieved recognition by being shortlisted at the UK Home Ownership Awards for ‘Most Effective Marketing of a Scheme’ but most importantly for the client, after just one year resulted in all 72 apartments and 12 penthouse being sold in record time.
