Lumisi was approached by Eleven, a recruitment agency specialising in the energy industry, to help them rebrand. The agency had identified a need to change its current brand identity, which was perceived internally as outdated and uninspiring, to one which better reflected the innovative and forward-thinking energy industry and a move to more sustainable energy sources.
To create the new brand identity, Lumisi worked closely with Eleven to develop their updated mission, vision and values. From this, Lumisi developed a unique brand identity, including tone of voice, imagery, typography and a logo to represent the dynamic and exciting potential of the industry. The logo was understated and modern, while also containing subtle design elements that made it unique and distinctive as well as reflecting the core of Eleven’s values.
